About The Position

This co-op position is for students majoring in Finance or Accounting. This position provides an opportunity to learn the business of a premier commercial vehicle supplier from the perspective of plant operations. A co-op in this role works within Finance/Controlling to support the Controller and Finance Lead in steering the plant to meet financial KPI’s.

Requirements

• Currently attending an accredited college or university
• 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher
• Detail- and task-oriented
• Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills
• Can work cross-functionally
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft ® Office Tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Work with project managers to close capital projects
• Provide financial and business analysis support
• Support physical inventories
• Serve as a financial liaison for non-finance leaders by providing reporting and analysis support
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and month-end activities
• Conduct other special projects as assigned
