About The Position

Under the direction of team leadership, the Data Analyst reviews and interprets data and produces reporting and visualizations to support organizational strategic initiatives. The role partners with key stakeholders across departments to inform work and provide insights for decision-making. Strong relationships with leaders, peers, and internal customer groups are critical to success. The position offers a combination of onsite and remote work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, a business-related field, data analytics, health statistics, or population health.
• At least 3 years of experience in a finance/business-related field or analytics.
• Experience with data visualization and storytelling using Power BI or Tableau.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in finance or a business-related field, data analytics, health statistics, or population health.
• At least 2 years in healthcare analytics.
• Experience with healthcare revenue cycle and/or cost accounting.
• Experience manipulating data with SQL, SAS, R, Python, or SPSS.
