About the role We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to support our Lead Logistics & Cold Chain Logistics product teams across North America. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to product and operational leaders, delivering financial insights that drive decision-making, performance, and growth. You will work across finance and operations to influence outcomes related to profitability, cost optimization, and investment planning, while collaborating with global and regional stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment. This role offers strong exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping business strategy through data-driven analysis.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in FP&A or finance business partnering roles with a focus on analysis and reporting
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex, matrixed organizations
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset with the ability to simplify complex processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within freight forwarding, logistics, or 3PL environments is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning processes including forecasting, budgeting, long-term planning, and target setting
  • Deliver timely and insightful financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making
  • Partner with Product Heads to identify risks, opportunities, and drive actionable growth initiatives
  • Enhance reporting frameworks and performance measurement to improve profitability and operational efficiency
  • Support investment cases and business improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with financial standards
  • Collaborate with global and regional finance teams to align on insights and best practices
  • Contribute to monthly close processes, ensuring accurate cost and revenue recognition.
