About The Position

Gurley Leep Hyundai in Mishawaka, IN is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Finance Manager to join our leadership team. Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of automotive finance experience
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
• Excellent written/communication skills
• Ability to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction standards
• Automotive Finance Manager experience preferred
• Strong closing and customer service skills
• Knowledge of dealership finance and compliance processes
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
• Positive attitude, leadership mentality, and team-first approach

Nice To Haves

• Hyundai or import brand experience is a plus
