About The Position

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced finance and banking professionals across investment analysis, financial management, personal financial advisory, banking, capital markets, corporate finance, accounting, and related financial services domains. This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on AI-assisted finance and banking benchmark development, professional document understanding, instruction-following evaluation, financial document analysis, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will author complex finance-focused tasks grounded in real-world workspace materials, define accurate ground truth outputs, and create objective evaluation rubrics based on financial, banking, analytical, and document-review expertise.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in finance, banking, investment analysis, financial management, personal financial advisory, capital markets, corporate finance, accounting, or related financial services work
• Strong ability to interpret financial statements, reports, spreadsheets, business documents, analytical outputs, or financial workspace files
• Experience creating financial analyses, structured reports, client-facing materials, investment notes, management reports, accounting summaries, or banking documentation
• Strong numerical reasoning and ability to verify calculations, assumptions, financial logic, and document-based conclusions
• Ability to clearly articulate finance or banking reasoning in written form
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify incomplete instructions, inaccurate outputs, unsupported assumptions, or calculation errors
• Comfort reviewing AI-generated finance or banking content and applying detailed evaluation criteria
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous, project-based environment
• Current or recent finance and banking domain expertise aligned with one or more project workstreams

Nice To Haves

• Experience with financial modeling, valuation, investment research, credit analysis, management reporting, corporate accounting, banking operations, or capital markets workflows
• Familiarity with financial statements, annual reports, pitch materials, transaction documents, spreadsheets, dashboards, or financial planning documents

Responsibilities

• Create complex, multi-step finance and banking tasks grounded in realistic professional documents, reports, spreadsheets, financial statements, or related workspace files
• Design tasks that test an AI system's ability to reason over financial documents, follow precise instructions, and produce accurate structured outputs
• Translate real-world finance and banking workflows into clear task prompts, expected deliverables, and evaluation-ready examples
• Support work across investment analysis, financial management, personal finance, banking, capital markets, corporate finance, accounting, or related financial services topics depending on professional background and project needs
• Review financial documents, statements, reports, spreadsheets, and supporting materials to identify relevant facts, calculations, assumptions, and analytical requirements
• Develop tasks that require careful interpretation of financial data, document structure, numerical relationships, and professional finance context
• Incorporate realistic use cases involving financial analysis, reporting, advisory workflows, banking operations, capital markets, corporate finance, or accounting logic
• Identify where financial reasoning, document comprehension, instruction following, spreadsheet interpretation, or code-assisted analysis may be required
• Produce clearly defined ground truth outputs for finance and banking tasks
• Create objective evaluation rubrics that specify correct answers, acceptable reasoning, formatting expectations, calculation requirements, and quality criteria
• Validate task outputs for financial accuracy, completeness, consistency, and alignment with the source documents and instructions
• Identify ambiguous instructions, incomplete task logic, unsupported assumptions, calculation issues, or evaluation gaps
• Provide clear written feedback explaining finance, banking, accounting, analytical, or document-review reasoning
• Follow detailed task instructions, quality criteria, and project-specific standards accurately
• Review discrete finance and banking deliverables and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate through asynchronous project workflows to improve finance-focused AI evaluation materials and benchmark quality
