About The Position

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for document and deck production QA professionals experienced in reviewing business documents, spreadsheets, slide decks, presentation materials, formatting, layout, visual consistency, written clarity, and professional-quality artifact standards. This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on document and deck quality review, spreadsheet and slide assessment, production QA, rubric-based evaluation, structured feedback, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will evaluate AI-generated work products and apply subject-matter expertise to identify factual, structural, aesthetic, formatting, and presentation issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in document production QA, slide deck QA, presentation review, business document review, editorial QA, consulting deck support, or related work
  • Native or professional fluency in English
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong experience with Google Slides, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and Google Docs
  • Ability to evaluate documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to provide structured feedback
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Experience reviewing consulting decks, investor presentations, business reports, pitch decks, executive summaries, templates, charts, or presentation-ready materials
  • Familiarity with slide production standards, brand guidelines, formatting systems, editorial style guides, or QA checklists
  • Experience reviewing presentation decks for clarity, polish, and business-facing communication quality
  • Strong ability to evaluate both content quality and visual/presentation quality

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, rigor, clarity, and professional quality
  • Review business documents and presentation materials for structure, completeness, readability, and consistency
  • Assess whether materials meet high standards for formatting, layout, grammar, tone, and visual polish
  • Identify missing details, weak organization, unclear messaging, formatting inconsistencies, or presentation-quality issues
  • Review slide decks for layout, alignment, spacing, typography, visual hierarchy, chart formatting, and narrative flow
  • Assess tables, charts, diagrams, visuals, and supporting materials for clarity and consistency
  • Identify aesthetic, factual, formatting, and presentation errors across Microsoft Office and Google Workspace files
  • Ensure decks are clean, professional, and suitable for business-facing audiences
  • Evaluate artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics
  • Provide clear, structured written feedback explaining strengths, weaknesses, and improvement areas
  • Apply consistent review standards across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
  • Support high-quality evaluation materials through precise, professional feedback
