Finance Associate/Sr. Associate - FP&A Strategy (Hybrid)

Enova is seeking an ambitious Associate/Senior Associate to join their Finance team. The role requires a financial analysis expert with strong business acumen, who will partner across the organization to drive strategic growth, optimize balance sheet structure, and create shareholder value. This broad and demanding role is ideal for finance and strategy professionals looking for a new and exciting challenge. The responsibilities include driving profitable company growth, developing long-term forecasts, evaluating financing options, facilitating decision making, pursuing optimal cost structure, and communicating company achievements and strategy. The requirements include a bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, 4+ years of experience in finance or consulting, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and transform complicated issues into actionable steps.

• Drive profitable company growth by owning and facilitating execution of unit economics and return on invested capital analysis
• Develop and analyze company long-term forecasts and scenario planning through collaboration with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with Capital Markets, Corporate Development, external advisors, and business unit leadership to evaluate financing options and the strategic and financial impacts of acquisitions and new initiatives
• Facilitate strategic and tactical decision making by developing high-impact analyses assessing potential portfolio adjustments, new product and market opportunities, and relevant industry trends
• Partner with department heads to pursue optimal cost structure through close evaluation of costs necessary to support organizational goals
• Develop and update materials to communicate company achievements, strategy, and outlook to internal and external stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related field (MBA, CFA or CPA a plus)
• 4+ years of experience in company finance, corporate banking, investment banking, public accounting, or consulting
• Advanced Excel skills and integrated financial statement modeling knowledge
• Demonstrates responsibility, accountability, and follow through when working on projects, even under ambiguous circumstances
• Capable of cooperating with cross-functional teams, transforming complicated issues into structured plans and actionable steps
