About The Position

Provide operational and administrative support to the finance team by processing transactions, maintaining records, and assisting with day-to-day activities. This role helps ensure accurate data, timely processing, and effective coordination across departments.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 2–4 years of experience in a professional office environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Reliable and dependable
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Proficient in Excel and general office software
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support team needs
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Regularly required to communicate verbally and to listen for instructions and information
  • Required to sit for long periods of time often in front of a computer monitor and operate a computer keyboard
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in an administrative, finance support, or operations role preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process vendor invoices and coordinate payments
  • Assist with issuing payments and maintaining payment records
  • Record and track incoming payments
  • Prepare reports and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Maintain and update financial and operational records
  • Support team members with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks
  • Assist with researching and resolving discrepancies or issues
  • Organize and maintain files and documentation
  • Contribute to process improvements and workflow efficiency
  • Provide general administrative support to the broader team as needed
