About The Position

Motor Home Specialist is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Assistant to join our team in Alvarado, TX. This role is essential in supporting the finance department by ensuring accurate financial records, assisting with accounts payable and receivable, and providing general administrative support to help maintain smooth financial operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or coursework in finance or accounting preferred.
  • Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and record financial transactions accurately and timely.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain organized financial documentation and records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the finance team as needed.
