About The Position

Quirk Auto Dealerships is hiring an entry-level Finance Assistant at Quirk HY Hyundai in Braintree, Massachusetts. Prior automotive sales experience is not required; training will be provided. The role supports Finance Coordinators with vehicle lease and purchase transactions, completes required transaction documentation and compliance steps, verifies transaction accuracy and authenticity, and follows up with lenders about pending funding. The position is full-time and performed in person. Pay is $20.00–$30.00 per hour. Requirements

Successful completion of a background check, including a criminal record check, physical and drug screen, and motor vehicle records check if applicable to the position.

Responsibilities

Assist Finance Coordinators with processes involving vehicle lease and purchase transactions.
Complete legal documents for each transaction as required by state and federal regulations.
Complete compliance requirements for each transaction as required by state and federal regulations.
Ensure the accuracy and authenticity of every transaction.
Follow up with finance lenders to confirm funding of pending transactions.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by manager(s).
