Responsibilities

• Prepare paperwork for all vehicle sales
• Ensure deals are funded accurately and efficiently
• Scan and upload documents into our dealership management system
• Organize and file deal jackets and financial paperwork
• Maintain accurate records while meeting deadlines
• Work closely with the sales and finance teams to keep deals moving smoothly
