Requirements

A strong sales background and a passion for helping people
Previous F&I or automotive sales/finance experience
A working knowledge of prime, subprime, and non-traditional lending
Confidence in reading credit reports and guiding customers through financial decisions
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

Act as the bridge between lenders and clients, securing the best financing solutions for every unique situation.
Process lease and finance deals efficiently and accurately.
Present insurance, warranties, and protection options in a way that adds confidence and value.
Keep our sales team sharp with the latest on finance programs and offerings.
Ensure all client documentation is clean, clear, and compliant.
