Requirements

A motivated, coachable professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for customer service.
Experience in sales or finance (RV/automotive preferred — but we’ll train the right attitude).
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communicator with a professional appearance and strong closing skills.
Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Secure financing for customers and present protection products with confidence, clarity, and compliance.
Drive profitability through effective selling of extended service contracts, GAP, and other high-value products.
Partner with the General Manager and Sales team to deliver a seamless, 5-star purchase and delivery experience.
Build rapport and trust with every customer — earning repeat business and referrals.
Communicate with lenders to secure competitive terms.
Ensure accurate and timely closings on all deals while keeping CSI sky-high.
