Job Summary Reporting to the SVP, Total Rewards and HR Operations, coordinates the preparation of budgets, tracks performance and reports results for individual cost centers and/or business areas. Provides financial support to the business, including but not limited to cost accounting, revenue recognition, financial management, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow management (to include timely unbilled analysis/reconciliations). Interfaces regularly with senior leaders, cost center owners and project managers with local finance responsibility. Supervises employees engaged in finance/accounting activities. Prepares executive-ready broad department financial summaries for the Chief Human Resources Officer. Proposes, designs and activates higher-order financial processes across the HR cost center owners.
