About The Position

The Finance and Accounting Leadership Program (FALP) is an entry-level role within Fifth Third Bank’s Finance Division. Rotations provide exposure to areas such as Line of Business and Headquarters Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, External Reporting, Treasury, and Investor Relations, as well as other areas determined by business needs. Participants perform responsibilities assigned by their assignment leader, contribute as team members to larger initiatives, and work independently on smaller projects.
