About The Position

Ecolab is seeking Finance and Accounting Interns to join our summer 2027 Internship program. This program provides invaluable insights from leaders, engaging projects, opportunities for personal and professional growth, extensive networking, and immersion in an innovative and dynamic environment. Interns will apply classroom learning to meaningful projects with genuine business impact, gain a realistic job preview, and be considered for a full-time offer upon successful completion. The internship is an 11-week paid program starting on Tuesday, June 1, 2027, with potential for a hybrid work environment.

Requirements

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
Anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028.
Willingness to relocate to one of the specified office locations (St. Paul, MN; Naperville, IL; Greensboro, NC; Houston, TX; King of Prussia, PA) for the 11 weeks.
Must be available for the full 11-week internship program, starting June 1, 2027.

Responsibilities

Own a project within an operating division or corporate finance group and hone technical, communication, and team building skills.
Partner with manager, team, and stakeholders to research, review, and propose project solutions.
Formally present project overview, findings, and recommendations to Ecolab Finance Leaders and Finance Development Program associates.
Participate in summer programming including networking events, Leader Talks, and social get togethers for professional development and exposure to company culture.
