About The Position

IDEMIA Public Security is seeking a finance and accounting intern to assist with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, closing activities, data analysis, financial modeling, and process improvement. The intern will prepare reports and presentations for senior finance leaders, analyze variances between actual and forecasted results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance-related projects. The internship is hybrid and requires the ability to travel to the office. It runs from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027. The US hourly rate is $20.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
GPA of 3.0 or higher in a relevant field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Majoring in accounting or finance.

Nice To Haves

Experience with financial analysis tools and software such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Tableau, or Power BI.
Experience with data visualization and reporting.
Strong interest in the technology or security industry.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Previous internship or work experience in finance, accounting, or consulting.
