About The Position

The Protiviti Americas Delivery Center (ADC) is seeking an Analyst to join its finance and accounting competency. The ADC provides cost-effective, tech-enabled, and standardized services at scale to drive efficiency into service delivery processes in support of global clients. As an Analyst, you will receive excellent training and meaningful mentorship, learning business processes, technical skills, project requirements, and industry knowledge. Through interaction with project teams and ADC personnel, you will develop professional relationships that contribute to exceptional operational delivery and results.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED with related work experience or a bachelor’s degree from accredited university in relevant academic area.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with many cross functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to absorb new knowledge and information to develop new skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing roles and requests.
  • Ability to articulate key findings and results both written and verbally.
  • Being coachable and receptive to feedback.
  • Being detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and accomplish tasks for assigned projects in support of Protiviti’s Solution offerings – Technology, Risk and Compliance, Internal Audit & Financial Advisory, and Business Performance Improvement.
  • Engage in research, development, maintenance, testing, validation, reporting, and other activities based on client needs.
  • Contribute to operational excellence, working collaboratively with various teams and projects, and ensuring high satisfaction for clients and stakeholder teams.
  • Execute transaction-based activities, which may include verifying information for accuracy and completeness, data validation, account reconciliations, posting, preparing outputs (vouchers, statements, invoices, and reports), and processing transactions.
  • Collaborate with teammates from diverse backgrounds to create exceptional outcomes.
  • Learn business processes, technical skills, project requirements, and industry knowledge.
  • Develop professional relationships that contribute to exceptional operational delivery and results.
