About The Position

The Financial Analyst will provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in the property-level budgeting process, collaborating with the Corporate FP&A team. The Analyst is located on‐property, and therefore his or her work spans across its functional areas. The Analyst will be expected to support a team that works across functional areas, collaborates well with key property‐ and corporate‐level counterparts, and presents clear analyses and recommendations to senior corporate‐ and property‐level executives.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• One (1) year of prior relevant experience
• Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms

Responsibilities

• Collaboration with Planning & Analysis Manager in identifying and executing on analysis opportunities within the property
• Create ad‐hoc reporting, analyzing and making recommendations regarding analysis to Senior Planning and Analysis team members
• Assist in planning and budgeting activities at property fostering a strong partnership with Corporate Finance
• Contribute to financial management of property by providing insights and recommendations on cash flow, cost identification and allocation, and risk management
• Collaboration in data and analytics innovation
• Partner with Enterprise Analytics to assist team on insight to action planning, progress and goals
