About The Position

Our Finance team works with teams across the company to ensure Danone continues to grow. By joining our Finance team, you will anticipate and evaluate the financial impact of decisions and find the right way forward. We currently have an amazing opportunity for a Finance Analyst based in White Plains, NY or Broomfield, CO! In this role, you will be responsible for: Marketing Partnership: Collaborate with U.S. marketing teams to evaluate spend effectiveness, optimize ROI, and inform investment decisions at brand and tactic levels Digital Commerce Partnership: Work closely with the digital commerce team to analyze and articulate performance across channels and business units Enterprise Strategy Partnership: Partner with Enterprise planning team and assist with DBPS planning and other adhoc analytics and projects Serve as a financial partner to business leaders by organizing financial information in a manner that facilitates strategic business planning Assist in preparing materials for senior management on monthly, quarterly and annual basis Proactively manage process, meetings and calendars to ensure timeliness and efficiency of budget and month end procedures The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, preferably Finance, Accounting, or Economics required
  • Minimum of 4+ years of progressive financial analysis and/or accounting experience required
  • Proven ability to interpret and analyze financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement
  • Advanced MS Excel skill set
  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • Understand GAAP and SAP

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced business-related degree preferred
  • CPG experience preferred, not required
  • Understand Manufacturing processes preferred
