About The Position

Inteldot has over 15 years in the life science industry with allocations a cross Puerto Rico, United Sates, Europe and Japan. This is a great opportunity for one of our leading clients in Puerto Rico. Location: North Area, Puerto Rico (Pharmaceutical Industry) Administrative shift. Position Summary: We are seeking a Finance Support Resource to assist with a finance project focused on fixed asset records and process documentation. This role is ideal for a fourth-year Accounting student or a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Fourth-year Accounting major or recent Accounting graduate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential financial information.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review real and personal property asset accounts to identify and perform necessary reclassifications.
• Analyze and split Asset History/Asset Ledger between real and personal property classifications.
• Update the Asset Tax Ledger based on approved asset reviews and classifications.
• Assist in documenting Finance department procedures and standard processes.
• Support other finance project activities as assigned.
