Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of NetSuite (must-have)
- Solid understanding of financial concepts and reporting
- Proactive, aggressive, and self-driven — does not wait to be told what’s wrong
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with large data sets
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Salesforce and billing systems is a big plus
Responsibilities
- Clean, reconcile, and maintain data across NetSuite, Salesforce, and billing systems
- Analyze financial statements and support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Identify inconsistencies in data and take initiative to correct them — manually if needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial and operational reporting
- Support month-end and quarter-end processes with accurate data
- Assist with process improvements and data integrity audits
