The Finance Analyst will partner with Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams to manage pricing, evaluate customer profitability, and support contract and cost analysis, ensuring data accuracy and identifying opportunities for improvement to foster profitable growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to interpret data and influence decisions through insights
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with pricing, contracts, or profitability analysis
  • Exposure to ERP systems and sales reporting tools
  • Experience collaborating in cross-functional business environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, or other data tools

Responsibilities

  • Support pricing and contract execution by managing price requests, updates, and maintenance for new and existing business
  • Analyze customer profitability to provide insights that guide strategic decisions and improve margin performance
  • Own pricing accuracy by maintaining system data and ensuring alignment with cost models and business strategy
  • Deliver financial insights by evaluating P&L components and supporting forecasting and analysis efforts
  • Identify opportunities for improvement by analyzing data trends and recommending efficiency gains
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Marketing to support business initiatives and customer needs
  • Utilize data and cost models to evaluate new opportunities and support decision-making
