About The Position

This is a Sr Finance and Business Operations Analysis (FP&A) role with a focus on Planning and Analysis and Program Control. This position is in support of a Portfolio of 50+ programs with responsibilities including proactive FP&A activities consolidating and preparing Portfolio reporting of Orders/Sales/EBIT/CASH and assisting in Long Range Planning, Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly business rhythms on Working Capital, Cash Management, Revenue Recognition and bookings. Additional Responsibilities will include direct support to a team of Financial Analysts who perform program control and Customer Financial Reporting, Funding Tracking, Invoice and Receivable tracking for Short Term Cash Mgmt, Support to proposal estimates and financial reviews.

Requirements

  • Experience with budgeting or forecasting or variance analysis or FP&A or anything else finance or business related
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Bachelors or Masters degree
  • Must possess Strong Excel Skills and Data analytics
  • Experience with Government Accounting/Invoicing/Cash management
  • Strong Presentation Skills
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work with large data sets
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6+ years of professional experience; or 4+ years of professional experience with a Masters degree
  • Active Top Secret security clearance
