Cybersecurity Analyst - Clearance Required

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Analyst to support Navy cybersecurity, system authorization, and Risk Management Framework activities in support of NAVSEA Professional Support Services for Engineering Support.
Requirements
- Candidate must currently possess an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret.
- This position is an IT-I Critical Sensitive Position.
- Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) certification.
- A high school degree, or a GED, and more than twenty (20) years of relevant experience in cyber security, information system management, software development, design or authorization or related functional area.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in cyber security, information system management, software development, design or authorization or related functional area.
- A master's degree in a relevant field and ten (10) years of relevant experience in cyber security, information system management, software development, design or authorization or related functional area.
- Candidate must currently possess an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret.
- This position is an IT-I Critical Sensitive Position.
Responsibilities
- Oversees vulnerability scans, checklist completion, and risk analysis to support comprehensive system evaluations.
- Reviews and compiles security artifacts and documentation to ensure completeness and compliance prior to submission for ATO decision.
- Conducts and validates control assessments in accordance with DoD and DON guidelines, ensuring systems meet security requirements.
- Manages end-to-end Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities, including coordination of Security Authorization Packages and ATO execution planning.
- IT functions such as network administration, engineering, or cybersecurity.
