Our Finance AI and Data Strategy practitioners work to create and execute an organization's business strategy for Finance AI and Data transformation, including defining a compelling industry & Finance function vision, creating value & ROI models, architecting a client’s Finance AI talent strategy, ecosystem partnership approaches, creating scalable operating capabilities, and envisioning best-in-class business/technology architecture & roadmaps. We use scaled agile disciplines to transform a client’s business and Finance function by sequencing the delivery of critical data elements, data products, and feature functionality.

Requirements

A minimum of 3+ years of experience working within the AI and Data Strategy Space including specific skills and experiences around Enterprise & Function-Specific Data Strategy, Talent Strategy, Value Case Development, Data Management, Data Analysis, Data Management, Client Assessments, Roadmap, Requirements Gathering, Responsible AI, leading tech-driven transformations.
A minimum of 3+ years of high value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
A minimum of 3+ years of large-scale delivery experience in Corporate and/or Business Unit Finance processes, functions, and/or systems.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate's degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience).

Responsibilities

Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI, and data-led business reinvention.
Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on how to infuse AI, GenAI, and data into business processes and Finance capabilities.
Define and structure an organization’s AI and data strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth & competitive advantages.
Assess the maturity of an organization’s AI and Data strategy, talent, operating model, ways of working, and data foundation.
Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy, and future-ready operating model.
Create the business case, investment profile, and roadmap to deliver on the strategy (including revenue upside as well as cost-takeout opportunities).
Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop a plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define an operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
Ability to travel up to 80%; travel as needed based on client expectations.
