Nucor Steel Hertford is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Finance Administrator. This role serves as the welcoming face of our facility, managing front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling incoming mail, while also providing essential support to the finance department. Key responsibilities include recording scrap delivery transactions, posting customer payments, and customer invoicing. This position also assists with other key administrative functions, special projects, and cross-functional initiatives as needed to support the overall success of the department and the facility. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
