About The Position

The Finance & Accounting Representative is responsible for accurately billing claims according to payor guidelines, resolving claim edits, processing claims, following up on claims, resolving denied claims, and handling special collections. The role also serves as a resource by providing support to Patient Account Representative positions within the department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of accounting/finance collections experience required.
• Two years of accounting/finance patient accounting experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree in Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities
