About The Position

Innova Solutions is seeking a Finance/Accounting Professional for a full-time contract role. This remote position requires a strong understanding of labor capitalization, project accounting, and financial analysis, specifically focusing on the classification of labor costs as either Capital Expenditure (CapEx) or Operating Expense (OpEx). The primary responsibility involves reviewing employee timesheets and labor charges to ensure accurate capitalization and allocation to approved projects. This role is open only to candidates who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

Requirements

• Strong experience in labor capitalization, project accounting, and financial analysis
• Ability to ensure labor costs are correctly classified as either Capital Expenditure (CapEx) or Operating Expense (OpEx)
• Must be able to be engaged on a W-2 basis.
