Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous accounting or finance experience is helpful but not required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote-work environment
Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Nice To Haves

college coursework or a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist with basic accounting and financial recordkeeping tasks
Enter, review, and maintain financial data accurately
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Reconcile financial records and identify discrepancies
Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
Assist with spreadsheets, reports, and routine financial analysis
Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information
Communicate professionally with team members and, when applicable, clients or vendors
Follow established accounting procedures and company policies
Support the Finance & Accounting team with additional administrative tasks as needed
