This internship is for the Fall Semester and is a seasonal, non-exempt position.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a college degree
• Knowledgeable in MS Office; Adobe and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Able to prioritize
• Strong critical thinking and listening skills
• Detailed, organized, analytical, able to multitask, enjoys staying busy
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and a pre-employment drug screening

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of work experience preferred
• Client service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with Trane Invoice Indexing and Vouchering
• Assist with Service, Supply, and Parklawn Business-related costing (indexing)
• Assist with Statement Reconciliation
• Respond to client requests for invoices and/or statements
• Support Accounts Receivable as needed
• Assist with department-related projects
• Other duties as assigned
