Requirements
- Currently pursuing a college degree
- Knowledgeable in MS Office; Adobe and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication, able to prioritize, and strong critical thinking and listening skills
- Detailed, organized, analytical, able to multitask, enjoys staying busy
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of work experience preferred
- Client service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist the Finance and Accounting department with Accounts Payable (Service, Supply, Trane, Parklawn).
- Assist with Trane Invoice Indexing and Vouchering.
- Assist with Service, Supply, and Parklawn Business-related costing (indexing).
- Assist with Statement Reconciliation.
- Respond to client requests for invoices and/or statements.
- Support Accounts Receivable as needed.
- Assist with department-related projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
