About The Position

This position is responsible for the execution of test procedures, collection of data, and maintenance of test equipment in support of product quality assurance. A final test technician conducts tests and inspections to evaluate the quality and performance of products and equipment. They interpret quality standards, engineering diagrams, and product specifications, then execute tests accordingly.

  • Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent training.

  • Provide overtime coverage and night shift operation.

  • Military Experience is a plus
  • Precision Measurement and Equipment Laboratory experience (PMEL) highly desired

Responsibilities

  • Operation of test equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital multi-meters, and micrometers.
  • Ability to read and understand procedures.
  • Ability to learn and use custom test equipment.
  • Testing of all subassemblies and final systems to ensure compliance to all system specifications.
  • Identifying test equipment that is damaged or does not work correctly through required tracking/build documentation in accordance with approved methods.
  • Ensure that all products manufactured by Quantic BEI meet or exceed all established quality standards prior to shipping.
  • Understand schedule requirements.
  • Ensure that equipment is maintained in a clean and safe manner.
  • Maintain test support equipment.
