Requirements
- Strong problem-solving and hands-on technical skills
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions
- Familiarity with RF test equipment and measurements
- Solid computer skills
- Soldering experience for electronic components
- Associate degree in electronics or equivalent military/work experience
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of experience in RF or electronics testing
Responsibilities
- Align, test, troubleshoot, and repair high-power RF amplifiers
- Tune amplifiers to meet customer specifications across S-, C-, X-, and Ku-Bands
- Perform RF measurements using spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and other test equipment
- Apply soldering skills for tuning and adjustments
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet quality and performance goals
