About The Position

The Assembly Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting within teams with the support of Senior Assembly Technicians and cross-training production employees within the teams. This role involves performing other duties as requested, directed, or assigned based on knowledge and training experience. Requirements

  • Job Training
  • General Safety Training
  • GMP Training and OSHA Requirements
  • Ability to sit and use a microscope for up to 7 hours a day.
  • Hand/arm strength to apply twisting or direct force using a wrench, screwdriver, hand, and/or pliers.
  • Ability to work with machine equipment as trained and required.
  • Ability to walk between manufacturing equipment and workbench.

Nice To Haves

  • Troubleshooting within the Teams with support of Senior Assembly Technicians
  • Cross-Training of production employees within in the Teams

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoots repairs for assembly issues. Determines the steps needed to fix the issue and communicates back to the Team member.
  • Cross-training, as required, for process improvements, process/product changes, or re-occurring issues.
  • Back-up capacity for Teams especially on new product repairs.
