About The Position
Mattress Warehouse / Sleep Outfitters is seeking a Final Mile Driver to provide local and regional home delivery and set-up of mattresses and sleep solutions. The role focuses on delivering a superior in-home guest experience while supporting warehouse and delivery readiness. Drivers work a five-day week, are home every night, and do not drive over the road. Job-related training is provided regularly.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED.
- Clean driving record; no CDL required.
- Subject to FMCSR rules and regulations.
- Ability to lift over 100 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Experience delivering furniture, appliances, or similar items into customers’ homes is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform local and regional home deliveries and set-ups.
- Provide a superior in-home guest experience while delivering and setting up sleep solutions and mattresses.
- Support the team in ensuring warehouse and delivery readiness each day.
- Participate in regular job-related training.
