About The Position

AIT Worldwide Logistics is expanding its Final Mile Service Provider Network and is seeking reliable independent contractors and teams to support strong customer demand. Contractors can earn $40,000–$100,000+ annually, with weekly settlements. You choose the work that fits your schedule, equipment, and capabilities. The more your business is equipped for service types like delivery and assembly (including proper vehicle and team setup), the greater the volume of opportunities available to you. Service types include Delivery & Assembly (2-person team) for pickup, delivery, and installation of products to manufacturer specifications; Assembly Only (2-person team) for assembling products on-site at customer homes; and Repair (1-person) for in-home repairs using manufacturer-provided parts. Most delivery and assembly work requires a 2-person team (driver + helper). Vans, sprinters, or box trucks (16’–26’) are typically required for larger product delivery. Sedans/SUVs are limited to assembly-only and repair work.

Requirements

Experience delivering, assembling, or repairing products in a customer-facing environment.
Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
Physically capable of lifting, delivering, and assembling products.
Provide and maintain required tools and vehicle(s).
EIN required.
Meet AIT insurance, registration, and compliance requirements.
DOT/MC authority required for some work.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets AIT standards.
Pass background checks and drug screens for all owners, drivers, and helpers.

Nice To Haves

2-person team (driver + helper) for most delivery and assembly work.
Van, sprinter, or box truck (16’–26’) typically required for larger product delivery.
Sedans/SUVs are limited to assembly only and repair work.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable using mobile apps to manage and complete jobs.
Ability to work independently or as part of a 2-person team (except for repair).

Responsibilities

Pickup, deliver, and install products to manufacturer specifications.
Assemble products on-site at customer homes.
Complete in-home repairs using manufacturer-provided parts.
Safely handle and assemble large items such as basketball hoops, fitness equipment, furniture, home goods, and backyard products.
Manage and complete jobs using mobile apps.
