About The Position

AIT Worldwide Logistics is expanding its Final Mile Service Provider Network and is seeking reliable independent contractors and teams to support strong customer demand. Contractors can earn $40,000–$100,000+ annually, with weekly settlements. The role offers flexibility, allowing contractors to choose work that fits their schedule, equipment, and capabilities. The more a business is equipped for service types like delivery and assembly, the greater the volume of opportunities available. Available service types include Delivery & Assembly (2-person team), Assembly Only (2-person team), and Repair (1-person).

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
Physically capable of lifting, delivering, and assembling products.
Must provide and maintain required tools and vehicle(s).
EIN required.
Must meet AIT insurance, registration, and compliance requirements.
DOT/MC authority required for some work.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets AIT standards.
Background checks and drug screens for all owners, drivers, and helpers.

Nice To Haves

Experience delivering, assembling, or repairing products in a customer-facing environment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a 2-person team (except for repair).

Responsibilities

Pickup, deliver, and install products to manufacturer specifications.
Assemble products on-site at customer homes.
Complete in-home repairs using manufacturer-provided parts.
Manage and complete jobs using mobile apps.
Safely handle and assemble large items such as basketball hoops, fitness equipment, furniture, home goods, and backyard products.
