About The Position

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking reliable contractor teams for their Final Mile Service Provider Network to meet strong customer demand. This role involves the delivery, assembly, and repair of various products, including basketball hoops, fitness equipment, furniture, home goods, and backyard products. Contractors have the flexibility to choose jobs that match their team's skills, equipment, and AIT requirements. Weekly settlements are provided, with annual earnings ranging from $40,000 to $100,000+ depending on location and accepted work.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Physically able and skilled to deliver and assemble products according to manufacturer's specifications.
Tech-savvy with the ability to use mobile applications to complete orders.
Provide and maintain necessary tools and vehicle(s) for order completion.
Must have an EIN.
Comply with vehicle, registration, and insurance requirements set forth by AIT.
Successfully pass background checks and drug screens for all owners, drivers, and helpers.

Responsibilities

Operate as a two-person contractor team (Driver + Helper) for most tasks.
Own or lease a pickup truck, van, sprinter, or small box truck (not required for assembly-only or repair work).
Ensure EIN and DOT compliance (MC# may be required for interstate work).
Maintain a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets AIT requirements.
Accept jobs that match the team's skills, equipment, and AIT requirements.
Perform Assembly Only tasks (one-person work) at the customer's home.
Perform Delivery and Assembly tasks (two-person team), including picking up from retailers, delivering to customer homes, and assembling products to manufacturer specifications.
Perform Repair tasks (one-person work) at the customer's home, using manufacturer-provided parts and following manufacturer instructions.
Service products including Basketball Hoops (Portable & In-Ground), Fitness Equipment (Treadmills, Ellipticals, and Similar), Ready-to-Assemble Furniture and Home Goods, and Backyard Products (Playsets, Pergolas, Gazebos, Grills, Patio Sets, and Similar).
