Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A strong ability to solve problems effectively.
Sharp attention to detail and dedication to consistency
Confident and a quick learner
Ability to lift 60+ pounds on a regular basis.
Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time

Responsibilities

Following daily production orders to build product accordingly
Prepping packing materials in slow days to help productivity later
Participating in weekly team huddles for planning / improvement
Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Seek ways to improve / streamline inspection methods and communication channels
Comply with Megapro’s core values and ethical standards and all applicable policies
Daily cleaning of the work area being used
Support other activities as required by company requirements and management direction
Ability to lift 60lbs
