About The Position

This role is in Final Assembly at the Merchandiser Facility in New Lisbon, WI. The primary focus is on assembling and preparing covers for units. This includes tasks such as cleaning units, touching up paint, applying decals, assembling and installing various components like full tops, standard covers, and flashers, as well as installing sign frames and rainshields. The position also involves assembling items for parts orders and may require assisting in other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Use of hand tools required
• Ability to apply downward pressure at should height with arm extended
• Ability to lift above head for full top install - minimum of 25-pound lifting ability
• Ability to read tape measure
• Ability to read work order
• Ability to climb inside cabinets
• Ability to push and pull cabinets
• Positive work history
• Great attitude
• Strong Attendance
• Willingness to be flexible
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
• Ability to reach overhead and/or above shoulder height
• Ability to stand long periods of time
• Ability to use repetitive motions
• Ability to rotate through all job functions within the work cell

Responsibilities

• Clean units
• Touch up scratches with paint
• Decal units, Full tops and Covers (Standard and Specials)
• Assemble and install sign frames
• Assemble and install full tops, standard covers, and flashers
• Install rainshields
• Assemble items for parts orders as required
• Other duties as assigned in different departments as required
