About The Position

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Final Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling finished products from pre-fabricated or pre-painted components, ensuring all parts meet specifications and quality standards before packaging or shipment. This role plays a key part in delivering ready-to-use products to customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Follow all FDA, ISO, OSHA regulations, and internal company policies
  • Uphold Pivotal Health's standards of quality, safety, and workplace conduct

Responsibilities

  • Assemble components into finished products using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures
  • Read and follow blueprints, assembly instructions, and work orders
  • Inspect assembled products for accuracy, alignment, and defects
  • Perform functional tests to ensure products operate as intended
  • Apply hardware, decals, or finishing elements to complete product requirements
  • Document completed work and report discrepancies or issues
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations according to 5S principles
  • Meet daily production targets while ensuring consistent quality and safety
  • Collaborate with quality, engineering, or production teams to resolve issues
  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE
  • Assist in rework or troubleshooting of rejected parts or assemblies
  • Crosstrain in upstream or downstream tasks (e.g., sub-assembly, packaging)
  • Suggest improvements to assembly processes or tooling
  • Support cycle counting and inventory accuracy for assembly materials
  • Performs other duties as assigned
