About The Position

AerSale is seeking a Final Assembly Mechanic to build landing gear assemblies. The role involves reading and following maintenance manuals, using precision tooling, documenting work performed, and preparing completed assemblies for crating and shipping. The mechanic coordinates with other departments, maintains an organized workspace, and follows all quality and safety procedures. This is a safety-sensitive position subject to DOT drug and alcohol regulations. Occasional overtime, including evenings or weekends, may be required to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• At least two years of previous mechanical maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English, including writing, reading, and speaking.
• Successfully complete a comprehensive background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail, basic arithmetic, coordination, critical thinking, manual dexterity, arm-hand steadiness, and near vision.
• Comply with DOT drug and alcohol regulations for this safety-sensitive position.

Nice To Haves

• Previous aircraft technician experience is preferred; candidates with this experience will be considered first.
