About The Position

The Filter Specialist will clean and maintain pool filters at client’s homes and associated facilities for the company. This role involves manually cleaning pool filters at client’s homes based on an assigned cleaning schedule. Cleaning may involve backwashing, dismantling, and deep cleaning of filters. The specialist will also complete and maintain daily logs per branch requirements and resolve client or customer problems. Other related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Extensive understanding of swimming pool filters.
• Mechanical and manual labor skills related to aquatic facilities and equipment.
• Math skills to calculate chemical additives and ratios.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to maintain logs and records.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of related experience required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Must have adequate sight and hearing to properly interpret water analysis, equipment readings, and complete recordkeeping.
• Physically able to perform all aspects of cleaning filters.
