About The Position

BFC Solutions, a national leader in HVAC preventative maintenance, is hiring a Filter Tech for its Atlanta school system customers. The Filter Tech will be responsible for installing air filters primarily in rooftop air ventilation and HVAC systems for area schools.

Requirements

• Complete and pass an extensive background check as well as fingerprint and drug screening
• Be at least 21 years of age for insurance purposes to operate the company vehicle
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license subject to continuous review
• Be comfortable with and confident working at heights up-to 40 feet above ground level and using extension ladders
• Meet ladder safety requirements as defined by OSHA
• Weigh less than 275 pounds due to ladder weight restriction limit
• Be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
• Be comfortable using a technology platform
• Have the ability to work independently with remote supervision
• Be able to work a typical work week with potential overtime
• Be able to lift and carry up-to 75 pounds
