About The Position

This position offers the opportunity to earn extra money with overtime, travel overnight with all expenses paid, and receive competitive pay and a generous benefits package while working with the largest HVAC maintenance company in the nation. The role requires availability for potential overnight travel one to two weeks (Monday night through Thursday night) within the region each month. As a Filter Tech, responsibilities include replacing air filters and performing basic HVAC maintenance, primarily on rooftop air ventilation and HVAC systems for retail and commercial customers.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age to operate the company vehicle
Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and have a good driving record (no DUIs or multiple infractions, subject to monthly review)
Must live within 40 miles of the designated region
Must be comfortable and confident working at heights up to 40 feet above ground level and using extension ladders
Must weigh less than 275 pounds to meet ladder safety and weight limit requirements
Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
Work independently with remote supervision
Must be willing and able to potentially work 40-50 hours per week
Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
Available to potentially travel overnight one to two weeks (Monday night through Thursday night) within the region each month
