The Filler Operator operates and monitors production filler equipment to ensure food safety, product quality, and conformity with customer standards and specifications. The role involves setting up, operating, and cleaning filler machines; performing Sterilize-in-Place (SIP) and/or Clean-in-Place (CIP) procedures; and completing basic cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and preventative maintenance tasks. Operators help start up, troubleshoot, adjust, stop, reset, and shut down line equipment, perform changeovers and line clears, and report quality or safety issues and equipment malfunctions. The position requires accurate completion of handwritten and electronic documentation, including quality and Critical Control Point checks, as well as maintaining work logs and inventory records. Operators monitor inventory and production levels, maintain a clean and orderly work area, participate in shift exchanges and team meetings, and work toward production goals while minimizing product shrink and downtime. The role also requires following Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and facility safety rules. The operator may work with dairy, nut products, and other ingredients and allergens. The posting describes a 6:45 a.m.–7:00 p.m. rotating schedule, though it also calls the position a “fulltime night shift” role. Starting pay is $25.15 per hour, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a $1 weekend premium. Eligible benefits begin on the first day of hire.
