About The Position

Under the direction of the Production Supervisor and/or Production Manager, the Filler Operator follows established procedures and policies while producing products that meet or exceed standards, prioritizing safety, quality, and efficiency to meet company goals. The role operates and cleans filling equipment and supports production and sanitation processes in a factory environment. The scheduled shift is 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Requirements

GED or high school diploma.
Ability to work well with people.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a manufacturing setting.
Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Perform tasks and functions related to operating and cleaning filling equipment.
Operate and clean multiple high-speed filling machines in a sanitary, efficient, and effective manner.
Complete paperwork according to government regulations and HP Hood requirements.
Safely operate assigned equipment in accordance with JHA requirements.
Consistently meet production quotas.
Comply with policies and guidelines for production and sanitation processes.
Participate in cross-training to maximize departmental efficiency.
Maintain product weights, codes, packaging, temperature levels, and sanitizing to ensure product quality.
Work cooperatively with managers, supervisors, and peers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
