About The Position

Take charge of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and service. Guide your team, develop menus, and create inclusive dining environments that support people working in remote areas. Maximise stock utilisation and maintain cost-effective operations. Liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis to constantly improve day-to-day service.

Requirements

  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Proficient computer skills for planning and reporting
  • Able to pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and national police clearance
