About The Position

ISS is seeking experienced Chefs and Chef Leaders for a Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) roster from Perth Airport to remote sites throughout Western Australia. This role involves enhancing the catering and workplace experience in WA Villages. As a Chef, you will report to the Head Chef and site Catering Leads, and will be responsible for leading breakfast, takeaway lunches, and dinner service. The focus is on delivering safe, delicious, and innovative food that exceeds expectations and meets all safety and contract standards. Food safety and a strong safety culture are paramount. Requirements

• Australian Trade Certification or Cert III in Commercial Cookery (essential)
• High volume catering experience, including bulk catering and function/banquet experience and/or a la carte experience in high volume venues/restaurants/hotels.
• Ability to exceed client expectations in food quality and food safety adherence.
• Ability to work a flexible FIFO roster from Perth Airport.
• Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
• Medically fit to pass Pre-employment medical.
